The End of Summer

Before I know it, it'll be the end of the year.

So, I haven't updated in about a month. I can't say I really feel all that different since that update, but some stuff has happened since...

I took several days off work to visit my friend Brenna (~bereavedheart) in Washington and I had a blast with her. I could definitely see myself living there. It was gorgeous and I didn't think about or worry about work or home the whole trip. Honestly, I didn't want to come back home. I'm told this means I had a real vacation. :bucktooth:

I start classes at the university tomorrow. Weekend after next I'm flying out to D.C. to visit another friend for Labor Day weekend. After that, traveling should slow down for a while as I'll be too busy (and too broke) to go anywhere. Though I'm still hoping for another trip out to D.C. and possibly NYC over New Years. I'm ambitious.

Art-wise, I am going to attempt to start keeping a sketch journal. Something to write and sketch my ideas out in. I'm hoping this will help me keep track of all the ideas running around in my head, and maybe help me to actually finish projects...:XD:

I've been reading more lately as well...hoping that's a trend I can keep up. Has anyone on here heard of goodreads.com, or better yet, does anyone actually have an account there?

Werd ich zum Augenblicke sagen:
Verweile doch! du bist so schön!

Then, to the Moment I’d dare say:
‘Stay a while! You are so lovely!’

FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be?
:iconbreaking-reality:
Well, life seem to be getting progressively better lately. Still slaps me around a bit, but that's to be expected. ;)

How about you? (Asshole Exes aside, I hope all is well)
